Brussels Fashion Days 2019: 5 reasons to rush there! From 11 to 13 October, the Brussels Fashion Days 2019 is THE fashion event in Belgium! On the programme: a pop-up store of small designers, unique fashion shows, fashion talks, makeover stands, do it yourself workshops and many other surprises await you on site. Whether you are passionate about the fashion sphere or a fashionista at heart in perpetual search of unique creations, head to the Brussels Fashion Days for a good dose of glitter and glamour! Doing 100% designer fashion shopping More than 50 designers from all over Belgium await you at the Pop-Up Store. The occasion to unearth the rare piece, the one you will not find anywhere else. This ephemeral concept store was specially created for the occasion. Unlike other events, the designers are entirely invited. They do not pay an entrance fee. Attending the Fashion Shows Attending a fashion show means sharing the magic of artistic creation and supporting tomorrow's new talents. For this edition, four shows with diverse themes and inspirations have been planned over the three days. The Opening Fashion Show (Friday at 9:30 pm): this show will officially open the Brussels Fashion Days to the general public. 13 Belgian designers will unfold the richness and creative strength of Belgian fashion. A real dive into their colourful creative universes, in shape, material and styling. Fashion Show (Saturday at 5:30 pm): Akaso, Alice et Maman, APA_Intemporal, Imprévu, LNKnits, Marie Mero and many others will invade the catwalk to offer the public a dynamic and surprising show that is always 100% Belgian. International Fashion Show (Saturday at 9:30 pm) and afterparty: this show will offer a glimpse of European fashion through designers who are winners of international competitions or graduates of the biggest European fashion schools. For the more festive-minded, the show room will then turn into a club and the catwalk into a dance floor for the Fashion Afterparty. The Schools' Fashion Show (Sunday at 5 pm): a source of inspiration and originality, the show will present the quintessence of tomorrow's fashion. Students from Belgian fashion schools will show their finest creations. Present will be: Haute École Francisco Ferrer, École Supérieure des Arts de Saint-Luc Tournai, Helmo Mode, Château Massart, EPS Saint-Luc de Bruxelles, SASK, KASK, Syntra Brussel, la Maison de Couture. The schools will also be present through the Schools' Street during the three days of Brussels Fashion Days. Walking through the Schools' Street Do you dream of starting design studies? No need to cross borders, the reputation of Belgian fashion schools is well established. This year again, the ten Belgian fashion schools invade the Schools' Street to present their work and creations of all kinds.
