1975 - Spécial letters to the editor: "it is intelligent"

In September 1975, the letters pages of Spécial magazine published the reaction of Mrs N. Delépine, from Brussels, to the article "Japan for a nude": "I was very surprised, and pleasantly so, to discover that from time to time Belgium does have imagination. The Château Malou initiative - the Truc-Troc - is much more than original: it is intelligent."

The reader goes to the heart of the matter: "'Commerce' in the strict sense is quite secondary here... What matters is that the art lover - the potential buyer - takes part."

"The formula, which is also great fun, overturns the conformism attached to the art market... Everyone came out a winner."
