NAMUR If the sky remains clement, the roller parade starts this Thursday evening V.L ARCHIVES This time it will be the right Thursday. At least, we're crossing our fingers. Roller enthusiasts can no longer hide their impatience. The first Namur roller parade was supposed to take place on June 30th, but it was cancelled due to rain. The following Thursday, the sky again fell on the organizers' heads: parade cancelled. In rainy weather, the ground is too slippery and the risk of accidents is multiplied. This Thursday, July 14th, it's certain it will be the right day for this first summer parade. A 23 km route that will depart at 7 p.m. from Place de l'Ange, in Namur. There will be no competition among participants, but rather the pleasure of skating together. A parade open to everyone as long as they have the minimum skills to navigate in the city and on the outskirts. Stops are planned to chat a bit, listen to some music, and especially to quench your thirst.
