    Transcript · translation

Good morning: there was a shooting at dawn today outside the Mirano, the disco of the capital's fashionable crowd. Shots were fired from a car with a sub-machine gun at the entrance of the nightclub; there are five injured, one seriously. Report by Marianne Klaric. At about 6:30 this morning, a car slowed down alongside the nightclub. Inside were three occupants; two of them opened fire, probably a burst from a sub-machine gun. Several people were injured, one seriously. According to some reports it was a woman; according to others it was the doorman of the dance hall. On the dance floor, nothing was heard. In the entrance hall, however, panic quickly spread, but the vehicle disappeared as soon as the judicial police inspectors arrived; there was hardly anyone left, only a few meagre clues. The investigation will not be easy. Some people are talking about a settling of scores, which the manager of the Mirano denies; for him, it is rather a punitive operation carried out by a few dissatisfied customers.
