    1976 - 「Echos de partout」: 交換される200点の芸術作品

For the second edition of the Truc-Troc in 1976, a box in the "Echos de partout" column announced: "For the second time, the Château Malou artwork lending gallery is launching its great 'Truc-Troc' operation, which this year brings together sixty artists and some 200 rigorously selected paintings and sculptures."

The brief explains the formula with humour: "The truc is the thing you have at home: the old 2CV, the antique clock, the plane ticket to Japan or even your new dishwasher. At a pinch, a small painting, a few Pink Floyd or Mozart records. The troc is the artist's agreement to swap his canvas or sculpture for your truc. Epic dialogues in prospect..."

Practical reminder: "Truc-Troc, 7 to 22 October, from 2 to 7 pm, château Malou, 45, ch. de Stockel, 1200-Brussels. Tel.: 02-762.21.05."
