It's high time to put on the rollerblades!

The Roller Parade is back to liven up the pavement of our cities. This season, no less than eight cities are participating in the event, which will kick off on Friday, June 4th in Brussels. Due to the insistence of the participants, the event will be spread over four months (instead of two). The Roller Parade will pass through Hasselt on Monday, Ghent on Wednesday, Namur on Thursday, Brussels on Friday, and Mons on Saturday. Not to forget the Sundays in July in Ostend and those in August in Koksijde. This season, a special tribute will be paid to Joseph Merlin, who invented the in-line skate 200 years ago in Huy. The city of Huy will host the Roller Parade for the occasion on Saturdays June 19, August 7, and September 25 and will schedule various activities during the summer. We remind you that the ride, supervised by the police, is not recommended for beginners and that in case of rain or risk of rain, the ride is cancelled.
