No roller skaters through security perimeter in European quarter Following the European summit of heads of state and government, the police are setting up a security perimeter in the European quarter today and tomorrow. The Schuman roundabout, Justus Lipsiusstraat, the section of Wetstraat between the Schuman roundabout and Karel de Grotelaan, and Froissartstraat between Belliardstraat and the Schuman roundabout are only accessible to people with a pass, for residents with their identity card, and for employees and traders who have a police certificate. On the adjacent parts of Archimedestraat, Kortenberglaan, Wetstraat, Oudergemselaan, and Breydelstraat, only local traffic is permitted. Above-ground parking is prohibited in both areas.
