ミラノのカプセル:夜の香り
The Mirano did not only occupy Brussels nightlife: it found its way into people's wallets. At the door, when a customer was not a member and paid the entry fee, change was given back in a small transparent plastic capsule that has turned orange over time (it is now more than thirty years old), scented and bearing the club's logo. The object, both coin holder and business card, slipped into the pocket and travelled with its owner all over the city.
そのカプセルを手にすることは、それを見つけた人にとって、持ち主がミラノを知っていることを意味した。返された硬貨一枚一枚が所属の証となり、昼間に広がる夜の香りとなった。それは静かで親密で、ほとんど生意気な広告だった。クラブはポスターを買わず、人々のポケットの中を歩くだけだった。
この1991年のカプセルは、ミラノのチームの集合的な創造性を証言している:最も小さなディテールさえも、日常をシグネチャーに変える機会となった。クラブのポスターや招待状と同じ視覚的な世界に属している。
