Double-sided flyer for the Fiesta Latina Festival 2004, Saturday 21 August, in Bailli and on Place du Châtelain. The front reuses the painted carnival dancer in multicoloured feathers on a turquoise background, with the burgundy chatelain.be banner and Delphine Rubbers's credit.
