Die Kollektionen

Seven collections make up Kim De Rijck's universe: "le fil" (the thread), "Jeux chromatiques" (chromatic games), "la magie du carré" (the magic of the square), "territoires" (territories), "les quatre éléments" (the four elements), "duo" and "métamorphoses".

Each collection opens with a quotation: Maxence Fermine for "le fil" ("Writing means advancing word by word on a thread of beauty…"), Michel Pastoureau and Dominique Simonet for "Jeux chromatiques", Albert Einstein for "métamorphoses" ("Creativity is intelligence having fun") - and, for the other collections, the words of people who wear or give designer jewellery.
