Article text · translation
Just like the three-wheeled pram and the motorized scooter in their day, the Trikke (pronounced Traikkeuh) will no doubt soon get people talking. Invented in Brazil, this wild machine is ridden like skiing. Rhythm and timing are crucial, to say the least, while slaloming between trees, pedestrians, and dog droppings. And it's not particularly for sissies either, as the machine can reach up to 30 km/h. According to Time Magazine, it is THE great invention of the year. And since the Roller Parade, we know that Prince Laurent digs his Trikke too. There is a version for beginners and another for real hotshots in black, red, blue, or green. From €189.
