THE WEEK OF... At 6:30 PM, the team must be present at the Galerie Espace, place Verte to open the exhibition doors. The mayor must also be informed of the procedure. In the evening, Jean-Luc stops by the Roller Parade to see if everything is going well. "After preparing a project, you like to be at the heart of the action to see if it goes as planned, if people are having fun but also to get a taste of the atmosphere." The Roller Parade ended around 10:30 PM with an initial review with Carl de Moncharline. ● Wednesday: The day begins with finalizing the details for the upcoming deadlines: municipal bulletin, invitations for August 15, sponsorship management, and administrative tasks... At 2 PM, the Merlin exhibition opens its doors to the public. An opportunity to meet the first visitors. Initial contacts deemed positive. For Jean-Luc, it's the reward for a job that saw the synergy of different services. ● Friday: the week ends with a meeting concerning the active seniors of Huy. But throughout this week, Jean-Luc will obviously not have failed to take care of his little family: Martin, Clément and his partner.
