Beaujolais wines join the first edition of Immeubles en Fête, this Tuesday 27 May BRUSSELS ▽ Next Tuesday, the Immeubles en Fête day will brighten up the whole capital. The theme of the event is simple and could not be more convivial, since it consists of inviting your neighbours for an aperitif in the hall, the courtyard of the building, the garden or at home. Beaujolais wines have decided to join this eminently friendly event by offering bottles of Beaujolais crus. A ring at the door and a drink In practice, a vehicle in the colours of the Beaujolais wines will drive all over Brussels this Tuesday 27 May, the day of the first edition of Immeubles en Fête and, at its random stops, will ring at residents' doors to offer them a few bottles of Beaujolais. The lucky residents who will thus have the friendly drink offered to their neighbours sponsored will not, however, be chosen entirely at random, since only those who have displayed the Immeubles en Fête poster or announcement published in La Dernière Heure, La Libre Belgique and la Tribune de Bruxelles may have the privilege of receiving this original and impromptu gift. One more reason to read the DH! No risk of a breath test This pleasant initiative is a fine opportunity to drink, among neighbours and friends, a glass of Brouilly, Chénas, Chiroubles, Côte de Brouilly, Fleurie, Juliénas, Morgon, Moulin à Vent, Régnié, Saint Amour and other controlled appellations… And, supreme privilege, to be able to drink it without having to worry about roadside checks, or to play designated driver, since the journey home will simply be made on foot.
