Roller Parade cancelled again
The Roller Parade, in which hundreds of Brussels residents skate and rollerblade through Brussels, will be cancelled again this Friday. The reason is the European summit, which makes traffic difficult in and around the European quarter. This is the second time in three weeks that the Parade has not taken place. (CL)
