DJ Cosmic is the accomplice and historic rival of DJ Sake. While Sake was making his mark in Antwerp and at the Mondial, Cosmic was already an established figure of the Belgian clubbing scene. He was the resident at Who's Who's Land in Brussels. It was there that he brought the whole Supreme Team to create what the archives describe as a true « madness » every Thursday night, from 1998 to 1999. Cassette recordings (K7) from this period at Who's Who's Land still exist — including sets dated May and July 1998 where Cosmic and Sake mix together live. In October 1997, DJ Cosmic teamed up with DJ Sake to form The Supreme Team, the most in-demand DJ duo in Europe, playing the after-parties of the biggest international stars. On 5 February 1998, DJ Cosmic appears alongside DJ Sake as support for the Usher concert at Who's Who's Land, under the banner « The Suppreme Team ».
