BRUSSELS The 'Belgium Rollers' parade, which for the first time took place simultaneously this summer in seven cities across the country, brought together a total of around 100,000 participants, according to organizer Carl De Moncharline. "The outcome is more than positive and we are fully satisfied with the season," he declared. At the top of the ranking of cities where the parade received the best public reception, we find Brussels (from 3,000 to 5,000 participants per edition), Namur and Hasselt tied (more than 1,000 participants), and Coxyde (4 dates, from 400 to 600 people each time). Next comes Mons, distinguished for its atmosphere, which nevertheless attracted as many people as Liège and Ghent (from 200 to 300 participants), the duo bringing up the rear.
