We nevertheless wished to preserve and publish it, as it is an archive bearing witness to this event. Only the headlines and standfirsts remain legible; the body text could not be reconstructed. The date printed at the top of the page (a day in June) is unreadable, but the year is now confirmed: 2004. The text recalls that "last year" mayor Elio Di Rupo had opened the doors of his house — hence the second Mons edition.
