The city of Mons hosts the Belgium Rollers Summer Tour this Saturday evening. Notice to fans of the genre MONS ▼ The city of Mons will put its skates on tonight for the first Mons edition of the Belgium Rollers Summer Tour, an event that has toured Belgium to promote roller skating in cities. Starting at 9 p.m., it will be the kickoff for a 20-kilometer ride throughout the Mons region, a different kind of ride to discover the region differently. Logistics-wise, it will be possible to rent skates for the event, and supervisory staff will be present all along the route; the Mons-Quévy zone police will even play their full part with officers who will also be moving on skates. Passing through Hyon, Cuesmes, and Grand-Large, a dream site for roller skating, the Belgium Rollers Summer Tour will be repeated every Saturday in summer in Mons, a way to raise awareness among new audiences for this sport.
