The cover announces four months of skating from 4 June to 25 September 2004 in eight towns, with the support of Laurent Winnock; the inside page celebrates the bicentenary of the invention of roller skates by the Belgian Joseph Merlin, details the special parades in Huy and recalls the safety rules.
